To ensure that the request for access was made by you, we ask that you enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. When you do this, we ask that you blacken your passport photo, passport number, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport. This is to protect your privacy. Desk Solutions will respond to your request as quickly as possible, at most within four weeks. We would like to point out that you have the option of lodging a complaint with the national supervisory authority, Commission for the Protection of Privacy in Brussels, at commission@privacycommission.be.

Security

Desk Solutions takes the protection of your data seriously and has taken appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification.
